Accor uses the personal information collected from you to make
it easier and more rewarding for you to use our products and services and to
assist in making your online experience a satisfying one. If you have chosen
to receive the Hot Deals newsletter this will be sent to your nominated e-mail
address each month as well as other e-mails keeping you up-to-date about other
products and services. If you provide us with your postal address, you may receive
periodic mailings from us with information on new products and services or upcoming
events. These offers may be based on information you have provided and on your
history with us as a customer.
Accor may also use the information to process any transactions you undertake
with us and for internal administration and analysis. Your information will be

Unsubscribing or Declining Offers
If you do not want to receive e-mail or posted offers from Accor
or the Accor Group, please let us know by sending an e-mail message to websitesuper@aapc.com.au
telling Accor that you do not want to receive offers or other information. Alternatively,
follow the instructions for "unsubscribing" included as part of Accor's e-mail
offers. If you want to be removed from our postal mailing list, please provide
Accor with your complete name and address.
Security Procedures
Accor operates secure data networks, protected by industry standard
firewall and password protection systems, to guard against the loss, misuse or
alteration of information under the company's control. Our security and privacy
policies are periodically reviewed and enhanced as necessary and only authorised
individuals have access to the information provided by our customers. Any particularly
sensitive information, such as a customer's credit card number, is encrypted
